DAVID LONGHI
Design Director of Ava Builds
He graduated with honors in Architecture in Venice with an urban design thesis. He is the winnerof Max Kelly Scholarship from the Australian Government of NSW. He obtained a PHD in International Quality of Design with a thesis on urban development in Asian cities.
He lives and works in Padua where he founded in 1999, PatchWork StudiArchitettura, a versatile container of studies designs and projects. He worked on a lot of urban projects in Veneto Region, since 2006 on the making of the PTRC of Veneto. He also worked on many residential projects, commercial and public buildings.
Longhi was the curator of the exhibition "Twentieth Century. Architectures and cities of Veneto", collateral event of the XIII Biennale of Architecture in Venice and the author of the eponymous volume. He has written several books on Architecture and Design. He has also taughtin top universities inItaly.
He has also held seminars, conferences and workshops in many universities
MARIO LÓPEZ
Project Manager of Ava Builds
In 1999, he graduated from Istituto G. Floriano di Riva del Garda, Italy, with a Diploma in "Construction Planning and Environment".
From 2000 to 2013, he was the CEO of ABRIL – Italian Construction and logistics company service.
In 2015, he moved to Chicago and started to work as a project manager for Jaguard Construction. He is an expert in Hotel renovation and has done projects for Hilton, Holiday Inn, Marriot and etc.
Mario moved to Miami in 2021 and was hired as the Project Manager of PEDRINI CONSTRUCTION INC.
ALESSANDRO TRENTO
Head of Millwork
He was born in Bassano del Grappa, Italy in 1979.
He graduated at the Meucci Technical College in Cittadella (Padua). He lives and works in Bassano del Grappa where he founded Progetto Interni in 2009, an interior design studio specialized in production and supply of furnishings for residential and for commercial.
In 2019, he founded IdeAle Interni of which he is the only shareholder.
His company has built over 400 kitchens, 600 custom closets, millwork, murphy beds for homes and apartments all over Italy, Barcelona, Prague, Miami, and the Caribbean.
Alessandro has relationship with a lot of quality factories in Italy such as Doimo Cucine, Novamobili, Compab, Doimo Salotti, Frezza, Ferrerolegno and also had his own factory.
With the $/Euro being so attractive, his price points can beat US competitors with more added quality.
